It's Friday Babay!

YAY! Friday!!!! This weekend might finally be the one that I clean my basement. I hope I can muster the courage to go down there. It's like a post-tornado area since my brother moved out. There are STILL herds of wounded ceramic unicorns lying everywhere. They moved out the last week of May. It's the end of July. Should I carefully sort all their unwanted crap, or should I be pretty liberal with the garbage pile ?

Well, considering it's been there since the end of May, and your brother and his family have been at your house since then (to help with landscaping) I feel they've had plenty of time to get their stuff if they truly wanted it. So, I would be inclined to be liberal with the trash bag. But if I saw something special I would probably set it aside.

PERSONALLY I would probably pile them in a box and leave them on their front doorstep or something. But I definitely wouldn't allow them to sit around in my house any longer. Then again, I am a bitch, so I probably wouldn't even allow a relative to live with me in the first place ...

TRASH BAG BABY!!! They've had more then enough time to retrieve it. Why the H*!! should you sort there stuff out for them...pfft...stick EVERYTHING in garbage bags...bring it outside...call them..say ALL your stuff is in garbage bags outside and you have til garbage night to pick it up or it's going to the dump.
when he says he doesn't have enough gas...tell him thats not your problem, he's had since May, when he says all tammy's relatives are in the hospital =, again tell him not your problem....I'm sure he has more excuses..not your problem...

yeah, either garbage bag or box on their doorstep. but definitely not your basement...

I think I would go for the box on the doorstep, just to minimise future problems along the lines of "you threw all our stuff in the garbage without telling us!". Never mind they left it there for 2 months.
