I was browsing through Time Magazine's list of The Best Inventions of 2006 when I saw The Hug Shirt.
"Remember when PDA stood for something other than personal digital assistant? It can again with the Hug Shirt, a high-tech garment that simulates the experience of being embraced by a loved one. When a friend sends you a virtual hug, your cell phone notifies the shirt wirelessly, via Bluetooth. The shirt then re-creates that person's distinctive cuddle, replicating his or her warmth, pressure, duration and even heartbeat."
Okay.... 1- WEIRD!!! Couldn't it get quite uncomfortable to be wearing that shirt in public and your friends gang up on you for a joke and all hug you one after the other? LOL! And 2 - How sad is it that in this day and age we have to INVENT an electronic way to hug each other. Are we too busy and impersonal for traditional hugs now ?
That being said... I'd wear the shirt just so that all of you can send me hugs :D
But I have a plan..... Watch out for Crazymrsnancy's in the Time's list of Best Inventions of 2007. I'm going to invent "The Hug Underwear" so that my husband can remotely give my boobs a little virtual squeeze when I'm feeling depressed at work. LOL! That's only the beginning too! I could market my product to all those long-distance relationship, internet dating people! :D

good idea NAncy, I'll save the rest of my comment for msn as some of your reader's may deem it unappropriate. I'll just say that I had an additional idea to go unlong with your "hug" bra...in the form of panties...umm yeah..nuff said.
Ohhh..I want underwear like that ;) I wonder how much that even costs?!?!
