Sooooo bored!

So everyone's on vacation. My boss as well as my boss' boss are on vacation. We're 2 in the office today. Tina decided to spend her day being productive, what the heck is up with that! Now I have no one to IM :/ Thank God I had the good sense to bring a book. I'm 3/4 of the way into Mary Higgins Clark "Two little girls in blue".

So I ate like a pig this weekend. Didn't even last 2 weeks. I'm back on track today, but I gained 6lbs. I know I know, I'm a freak of sideshow proportions. This was only a long weekend. What will happen when I'm on vacation in 10 days ? I'm thinking of possibly doing a cleanse/fast during my vacation since we're not going anywhere. That would keep me on track. My mother in law did the famous "Master Cleanse" last month and raves about it. They talked about it on Entertainment Tonight last night. Maybe that's what I should do. It would hopefully rid me of cravings.

I should really mow the lawn, do laundry, clean and exercise tonight. But all I want to do, is have some fun (sorry, the song popped into my head heh) all I want to do is finish my Nancy Drew game, watch more Gilmore Girls episodes until Big Brother and Rockstar come on. Lucas is going to sing Creep. I can't WAIT to see how he does. It's such a hard song.

I think I need a Master Cleanse. I am struggling mightily *still* to lose the 5 pounds I gained in Vegas. I think my problem is all the booze I've been drinking this summer. Good for you for getting back on track! It is hardest when on vacation, I think. Just stick to your guns! ;-)

Even though he hasn't been playing well, I really want James to stay longer. Will & Boogie make things funny and I think the house would be boring without them.

Did you enjoy your evening of tv and all its goodness?? I know exactly what you mean about wanting to be productive vs. vegging on the couch...the couch almost always wins at my house, LOL!
If you are still bored today, I am around...and up for a chat! :)

I've done the Master Cleanse!

I did it after I had a terribly adverse reaction to prescription medication and even after 2 weeks of being off the meds - I still wasn't feeling "right". I did 14 days.

And then I did it again when I quit drinking once before.

It's fantastic. That article does a really good job explaining it. I think it's a great jump-start to a major eating and lifestyle change.

DO IT!
