Thanks to Tina for the fabulous B-day cake idea! It's an angel food cake, and the "icing" is made out of ultra low fat cool whip & fat free jell-o chocolate pudding mixed together... yeah very processed, but it wasn't as bad as other store cakes and he loved his b-day cake :)
