Waaaaaaaaah :-(

I WAS feeling better... until dh jumped in bed this morning, now it hurts like a b$%^ again. Ugh. I'm going to get an appointment at the after hours clinic, and last resort emergency room again. Ugh I don't feel like waiting 6 hours in pain there. I've never had a back pain like this. It doesn't feel like a sore back, it feels like someone stabbed me in the lower back left. It throbs and stings and hurts. When (hopefully soon) I'm all better, I swear I'm going to take better care of my back. Stretches, exercises, chiropractors... I never want to hurt like this again.
